Places like Trains, Flights where even your Mobile data does not function, CDN comes in handy.
A service that is extremely beneficial for frequent flyers, travellers & people on the go.
Challenges
A typical frequent traveller needs some form of entertainment or a platform that provides entertainment while travelling. The sources of entertainment on places like the flight are very limited. Even ordering food becomes a task while on the flight. But with the help of CDN (Content-Delivery-Network) these things can be provided all at one place. We created the perfect platform to address these challenges of the flyer/traveller.
Key Deliverables
Design a homepage for the application where users can check the following utilities:
1. Food menu items to order
2. List of merchandise which he can order on the flight
3. Content which one can consume inside the plane
4. Check baggage information.
5. Call for assistance if required

Task
User Journey
The first and the foremost task was to create a foolproof user journey to understand the user journey from the time of trigger to feedback. This helped me create a perfect user flow that will help resolve the challenge.

User Flow
The user can use this app with the help of wi-fi. This User flow created talks about a user's journey during a flight. This journey formulation helped our designers understand and anticipate the cognitive patterns of our users in order to create products that enable this state of flow. Thereby making the designing process foolproof.

Screens
On the basis of the User Journeys and User Flows, I was able to create wireframes and final designs that were to be implemented.

Results
We conducted a pilot run with 15 prospective users after the entire revamp activity was completed for feedback.
The results of the exercise yielded the following inferences:
a. Better user experience for the person as compared to the earlier flow
b. Improved time spent within the pilot group as compared to the earlier time spent
c. Enables users to find multiple utilities on the same app
d. More visit to view/conversion ratio observed
